Our products and services are meant to be used by adults only.  - Facial features and physical characteristics for accurate attendee counting and profile verification

 - Aggregate demographic insights including:

  • Crowd density measurements

  • Entry and exit time analytics

  • Anonymized demographic profile generation for business intelligence

  • Device and location metadata associated with visitor analytics

  • Temporary visual data processed for real-time counting and verification purposes


II. WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS.

  1. We collect information directly from you or via cameras placed in premises by Data Controllers to collect images, video 

  2. We collect information directly from you when you decide to use our services. We also collect information if you post a comment on our Products or ask us a question through phone or email.

  3. We collect information from you passively. We may use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our products. 


III. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES:
In the context of our services, our Customer who engages our services acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, while we serve as the Data Processor, processing personal data on their behalf based on their explicit direction to us. This relationship requires them to obtain necessary consents, especially parental consent for minors, if and when and where required, and for informing individuals about the use of monitoring technology. We will ensure that data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws in the event that the data is passed to us.

VII Purging of your Personal Data

  • You may delete your account at any point of time by communicating it via our support team at support@wiserstack.com or via https://www.wiserstack.com/privacy/data-deletion

  • With this we will no longer provide your data for external processing as mentioned above. However, we retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by us except for any record retention required as per applicable law & regulations.

  • As a standard practice, all personal data belonging to public visitors is purged within 30 days or sooner, based on the Data Controller’s instructions and preferences.

  • Customer and prospective customer information may be retained for a longer period as necessary to maintain our services, support business operations, and introduce new offerings, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Retention periods will be determined based on contractual obligations, legal requirements, and legitimate business interests, ensuring that data is not retained longer than necessary.

  • Though you may delete your account, you acknowledge that we may retain certain residual information in connection with your account including but not limited to subscriber related information, payment details and complaints/ feedback related data (if any). We shall retain your information for our record even after the deletion of your account associated with us and/ or any authorized third party partner(s) only in consonance with this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the Limited Warranty Statement and/ or other disclaimers or statements thereof, including for the purpose of compliance with legal obligations, resolving of disputes and enforcing of agreements

  • The provisions of various laws may require your transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and/or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by the law of the land to retain your Personal Data for longer periods.

Our products and services are meant to be used by adults only.  - Facial features and physical characteristics for accurate attendee counting and profile verification

 - Aggregate demographic insights including:

  • Crowd density measurements

  • Entry and exit time analytics

  • Anonymized demographic profile generation for business intelligence

  • Device and location metadata associated with visitor analytics

  • Temporary visual data processed for real-time counting and verification purposes


II. WE COLLECT INFORMATION IN DIFFERENT WAYS.

  1. We collect information directly from you or via cameras placed in premises by Data Controllers to collect images, video 

  2. We collect information directly from you when you decide to use our services. We also collect information if you post a comment on our Products or ask us a question through phone or email.

  3. We collect information from you passively. We may use tracking tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmaster, browser cookies and web beacons for collecting information about your usage of our products. 


III. RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES:
In the context of our services, our Customer who engages our services acts as the Data Controller, determining the purposes and means of processing personal data, while we serve as the Data Processor, processing personal data on their behalf based on their explicit direction to us. This relationship requires them to obtain necessary consents, especially parental consent for minors, if and when and where required, and for informing individuals about the use of monitoring technology. We will ensure that data is processed securely and in compliance with applicable data protection laws in the event that the data is passed to us.

In many cases, we act as a Data Processor on behalf of our customers/prospective customers and process personal information strictly under their instructions.

Where we act as a Data Processor, we adhere to the instructions of the respective Data Controller and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data. Individuals may have rights under applicable data protection laws, such as the right to access, correct, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal data, which should be exercised through the relevant Data Controller.

Further, we may also process certain personal information on the basis of the following legitimate business interests, provided that such interests are not overridden by your data protection and privacy rights and interests: (i) delivering the purchased products and services or other associated/ linked service requested by you; (ii) analyse and suggest if any other related product/ service shall be suitable for you to improve, personalize and customize your user experience; (iii) developing and continuing to develop, upgrade and improve our products and services, our website, our online and other platform(s), learning from your user/ media consumption behaviour to better serve you and other users; (iv) helping us modify, upgrade, customize and/ or enhance our products and services, our website, our online and other platform(s) (online or otherwise), mobile app and web app, software, and its content(s)/ service(s), receiving insight as to what users like or dislike, prefer, their habits and patterns in respect of viewing or aspects thereof; and (v) providing a consistent and secure user experience in connection with our products and services, our website, our online and other platform(s), software and its content(s), any application, other associated/ linked services, mobile app and web app.

External processing: We may provide your personal information to our affiliates or other trusted businesses or persons or service providers engaged by us such as cloud service providers, employees, contractors or institutions that we partner with to assist us with providing you with products/services to better serve your needs and interests, based on your instructions and in compliance with our Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures. Such third parties are checked for their data security practices before onboarding.

VII Purging of your Personal Data

  • You may delete your account at any point of time by communicating it via our support team at support@wiserstack.com or via https://www.wiserstack.com/privacy/data-deletion

  • With this we will no longer provide your data for external processing as mentioned above. However, we retain your Personal Data as long as the purpose for its usage exists, after which the same is disposed off by us except for any record retention required as per applicable law & regulations.

  • As a standard practice, all personal data belonging to public visitors is purged within 30 days or sooner, based on the Data Controller’s instructions and preferences.

  • Customer and prospective customer information may be retained for a longer period as necessary to maintain our services, support business operations, and introduce new offerings, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Retention periods will be determined based on contractual obligations, legal requirements, and legitimate business interests, ensuring that data is not retained longer than necessary.

  • Though you may delete your account, you acknowledge that we may retain certain residual information in connection with your account including but not limited to subscriber related information, payment details and complaints/ feedback related data (if any). We shall retain your information for our record even after the deletion of your account associated with us and/ or any authorized third party partner(s) only in consonance with this Privacy Policy, the Terms and Conditions and the Limited Warranty Statement and/ or other disclaimers or statements thereof, including for the purpose of compliance with legal obligations, resolving of disputes and enforcing of agreements

  • The provisions of various laws may require your transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and/or regulatory direction to that effect, we may be required by the law of the land to retain your Personal Data for longer periods.

  2. Our role is limited to providing technical data processing capabilitie

  3. Final responsibility for visitor consent and communication rests with the Data Controller
